By accessing or using the Yatra Beauty website, building a routine, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (रू) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We currently primary support Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Nepal. You agree to provide a valid phone number so we can confirm your order and delivery details.

We aim to deliver within Kathmandu Valley in 1–2 business days and outside the valley in 3–5 business days. While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery periods are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as traffic, weather, or political events.

Due to the nature of skincare products, we only accept returns for items in their original, unopened packaging within 7 days of delivery. If you experience a skin reaction, please contact us at info@yatrabeauty.com with photos and details so we can assist you.

Our products are for external use only. We recommend a 24-hour patch test before using any new product. Yatra Beauty is not liable for any skin irritation or allergic reactions resulting from the use of our products. Our "Routine Builder" recommendations are for informational purposes and should not replace professional dermatological advice.
